After over 10 years as a real estate sales associate with Coldwell Banker, Mariruth Graham takes on the additional responsibility of Director of Talent Acquisition working with Joe and Stefan in the development and implementation of Lifestyles’ recruiting program and strategies. She is tasked with identifying, assessing and assisting with the initial onboarding of the candidates for the 11 offices of the Coldwell Banker Lifestyles in New Hampshire and Vermont.

A familiar face in the North Country, Susan moved to Littleton, NH in 1979 and has lived here ever since. She grew up skiing at the local mountains and loves gardening, hiking, kayaking and sharing cups of coffee with friends in the beautiful White Mountains. Her two sons were born and raised here, and – like Susan – they graduated from Littleton High School. Hurray 2021 is finally here! I don’t think anyone is sorry to see 2020 exit. A new year brings a fresh new start.
