We were looking to move to NH from NY and contacted Gidget at Coldwell. She returned calls, texts and emails IMMEDIATELY. She has a tremendous amount of patience and did not blink when we had her driving all over the state of NH to find the perfect home. To say we were specific and picky about what we wanted would be an understatement. We even told her she did not have to work with us because we felt bad about having her literally drive all over the state. She stuck with us and found us our dream home. We took her advice regarding the bid and how to make it appealing in this difficult market. After the bid on our house was accepted as presented she followed up with us on the inspections, helped us pick a lawyer for the closing, called us several times before closing to see if we needed anything or had any questions. She even picked up an error on the final closing paperwork that I did not see because I was so busy packing. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house in NH. It was such a pleasure working with her that we are going to miss her.

Gidget was a dream to work with. She has knowledge of the local area, asks every important question of the sellers agents, and took time to get to know me and my style before suggesting homes to show me. As someone who lived out of state she accommodated my schedule and prepped and toured homes in advance of me seeing them. She had a good understanding of code and building requirements and was able to guide me through various decision making around home improvement needs. Gidget found our house on a lake and made our retirement dreams come true! We came to Gidget with a very tough request. We were living on the West coast and asked her to find us a home near our son's family on the East coast. With a very specific request to find us a lake front home within our modest budget, in a real estate market with an historically small inventory and in the middle of a PANDEMIC, Gidget delivered. She worked with us over several months as we identified possible properties. She was willing to go all over the state of New Hampshire showing us houses remotely and occasionally in person as we could come to town. She kept telling us not to settle and assuring us that our dream property was out there and she would help us find it. And she did! I'm so happy she was referred to us. Gidget was professional and always on top of the details we needed to write offers or evaluate the value of the homes that were available. She handled all the details in a timely manner and explained the process when we weren't sure of something. This was my first time selling a house so, I had no idea what to expect. To make matters worse, the Pandemic caused the shut down of the economy, almost on the exact day I signed with Gidget, to sell my home. However, none of that would make a difference as I had chosen the perfect person to help navigate this uncharted territory. Gidget helped me in so many ways I cannot thank her enough. She went above and beyond with every aspect of the home selling process. Gidget was great at communicating, any and everything, very quickly and in language I could comprehend. You could tell from the moment I put pen to paper she was going to do everything possible to get me the best possible outcome. And that is exactly what she did! My only regrets are, I should have used her when I purchased my house and I am not buying another house at the moment. However, if or when, the time comes where I need another house, she will be the only person I would ever consider using!

Gidget Ducharme went above and beyond in assisting me with finding my dream home in NH. She pointed out things in houses I thought I wanted to see that I wouldn't have noticed. She took me to homes outside her usual area if I wanted to see them. She didn't blink when I sent her a USDA plant hardiness zone map showing specific areas I was interested in. My brother used her for his NH purchase and I highly recommend her to others. Her good humor is a bonus!
