Over the past couple months, I have worked with Gidget Ducharme with my quest to purchase a condo in the Keene area. She had immediately provided me with some possibilities including one that I very much liked. My hesitation on that unit however cost me the opportunity to close the deal. Understanding my disappointment, Gidget took it upon herself to reach out to all of the current owners in that complex to see whether anyone was in the position to sell. Fortunately, one of the units was going on the market. I jumped at the chance and closed on it last week. I am truly impressed with Gidget for not only hustling to satisfy my needs, but for her constant honesty and integrity throughout the process. My only regret is that my search for a home is concluded and I will no longer need the services of this amazing realtor!!
