Guy is recognized for his integrity, discipline, and service-first approach. He brings a steady, solutions-oriented mindset to every transaction and values collaboration within the brokerage community to ensure smooth, professional experiences for clients and colleagues alike.
Prior to entering real estate, Guy served five years in the United States Army as a Military Police Officer, stationed at Fort Bragg, including service during Operation Urgent Fury in Grenada. His military background instilled in him a strong sense of accountability, clear communication, attention to detail, and composure under pressure, qualities that directly support his ability to navigate complex transactions and protect clients’ best interests.
In addition to his real estate work, Guy is a Licensed School Counselor and serves as an Academic Career Life Coach at Mount Prospect Academy, as well as a School Counselor for the New England School of Arts. His counseling experience strengthens his ability to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and guide clients through significant life transitions with clarity and confidence.
He is a member of American Legion Post #20 and volunteers at Listen Thrift Store. Guy holds a Master of Science in Adult Education from the University of Southern Maine, equipping him with the skills to clearly explain processes, outline options, and ensure clients feel informed at every stage.
