With deep roots in New Hampshire and over three decades of executive leadership, Jody brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to buyers, sellers, and commercial investors across the region.
Jody grew up in New London, NH, and has lived on the Seacoast for the past 33 years. His career began in sales and marketing leadership at The Timberland Company, where he gained valuable expertise in business strategy and client relationships. After a decade at Timberland, he transitioned into real estate, co-owning Colby-Linehan Real Estate and Stillwater Properties alongside his family. Together, they focused on residential sales, land development, and condominium conversions throughout New Hampshire.
In 2008, Jody sold Colby-Linehan and founded an outdoor footwear company, creating the GoLite brand of trail running and lifestyle footwear. The company later evolved into a domestic footwear manufacturer using advanced robotics to produce footwear for leading U.S. brands. After selling the business in 2016, Jody spent the last decade consulting and investing in consumer goods companies, sharpening his business development skills.
Now, Jody is “coming home” to the real estate industry, bringing unmatched insight into residential sales, commercial investments, and land development. His professional background, combined with his passion for New Hampshire’s communities, positions him as a strong partner for:
