We’re happy to welcome Andy Dunberg to the Coldwell Banker Lifestyles team. He will be working out of our Grantham, New Hampshire office.
Andy brings with him a lifelong dedication to service, a strong business background, and a real appreciation for the New England way of life. Originally from Northern New Jersey, he graduated from Clifton High School and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Fordham University. He spent more than 40 years as Vice President at Central Engineering and Supply in Passaic, working with construction and industrial clients across New York and New Jersey. He later continued his career in New England as a Field and Service Manager for A&M Industrial.
In 2021, Andy moved to the Eastman Community in Grantham, taking the advice of a friend who said, “Live where others come to vacation.” Since then, he has enjoyed everything the Lake Sunapee Region has to offer. Whether he’s golfing at Eastman, fishing on the lake, or cycling through the Upper Valley, Andy has found a true connection to the area and its people.
Outside of real estate, Andy is committed to Alzheimer’s research. He serves on the Executive Leadership Committee for the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Chapter’s Ride to End ALZ and has completed several 48-hour cycling challenges to raise funds and awareness for the cause.
