Originally from New Jersey, Stephanie has spent the past two decades building a highly successful business, particularly in two prestigious luxury waterfront markets. Her experience ranges from high-end residential transactions to complex new construction projects, where she has advised developers on maximizing value through thoughtful design and market strategy.
Stephanie’s move to the Upper Valley is an exciting one, both for her and for our community. With a discerning eye for design, a deep understanding of buyer preferences, and a hands-on approach to renovations, she is uniquely prepared to meet the needs of home buyers, sellers, and investors in Hanover and the surrounding New Hampshire towns.
