Buddy is easy to work with, he is very knowledgeable, responds quick to any questions and he is very calm during negotiations. He is definitely a problem solver. Jeffrey Batchelder made me feel as if I was his only client. I'm sure I was not, but his availability and his attention to every detail, made me feel like I was. Jeff had the experience to anticipate problems and resolve them before they became major game changers. Without my asking, he even retrieved a double helix wind sculpture from the selling property and and installed it in exactly the best spot on the lawn of my new home. I had mentioned that the piece had great sentimental value and was not included in the sale. One morning I looked out a window and there it stood. One more small but worrisome hassle had just been smoothed out of this old guy's life!! Thanks, Jeff, my friend!

Pam & Tyler are a great team. They handled all the details as needed. I own a construction company with four homes under construction and two more foundation to get in the ground. So, I needed a team that could handle this transaction without me having to be involved. They Did a great job!!
