We were looking to move to NH from NY and contacted Gidget at Coldwell [Banker Lifestyles]. She returned calls, texts and emails IMMEDIATELY. She has a tremendous amount of patience and did not blink when we had her driving all over the state of NH to find the perfect home. To say we were specific and picky about what we wanted would be an understatement. We even told her she did not have to work with us because we felt bad about having her literally drive all over the state. She stuck with us and found us our dream home. She gave us advice on presenting a bid to make it more attractive in this difficult market. After the bid on our house was accepted as is she followed up with us on the inspections, helped us pick a lawyer for the closing, called us several times before closing to see if we needed anything or had any questions.
