This may be my first experience with Coldwell Banker, However, I have worked with M. Robinson in the past and as always, she is GREAT!

As first-time homebuyers, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Melissa! She explained everything clearly, communicated consistently, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Her negotiation skills helped us secure our home in a competitive market, and we always felt supported and confident. Highly recommend!

Melissa was exceptional to work with. I've worked with a lot of real estate agents in my time and she is at the top of my list.

Melissa did a great job, assisting and guiding us through the process from putting in an offer to closing. She was available whenever we had questions or concerns. We would definitely use Melissa again!

Melissa Robinson helped me sell my house then worked tirelessly to help me find the right place to buy. She went above and beyond and was punctual with all the paperwork, showings, and helped me make appropriately priced offers. I wholeheartedly trusted her judgement and assessments on the properties we viewed. I would recommend her to anyone and although I hope that I won't be moving for a while - if I did find myself in that situation - I would 100% try to work with Melissa again.
