Rolf was the perfect match for us. We were moving cross country and, as usual, things did not go as planned. Rolf was very understanding and even went to see properties for us and sent us videos. As he got to know our taste he helped us find a town and a house that fit our dream. His knowledge of old home quirks was also quite helpful and helped us understand what needed repair and what was just old home living. We really appreciated his objective guidance. Rolf’s calm demeanor and sense of humor kept us grounded during what is always a stressful time. We don’t feel like our relationship is over just because we closed. Rather, we have a new friend who helped us find the right house to make our home.
