I thought that the sale of land would take 6 months + and prepared itself for this. However, we got 3 different offers within a few weeks and believe this is because of Hugh being proactive and telling the neighbors and others in the area about the land. He was great from start to finish. We would definitely use him again if we could!

Hugh Durack has the experience & knowledge to get the job done! He is a hard worker, always ready to handle any problems that needs his expertise, returns phone calls & keeps the seller informed every step of the way. Mr. Durack is awesome! He is polite, respectful, & very knowledgeable in real estate. Always returns phone calls & keeps his thumb on every aspect of the sale. If & when a situation comes up, he is right there on top of the situation & deals with it, in the most professional manner. Rates A +.
