Born and raised in the Lake Sunapee region, Michael graduated from Newport High School before attending Stetson University in Florida, where he earned both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Business Management. After college, Michael returned home to New Hampshire and went on to manage Home Depot installation projects throughout New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts. Working closely with homeowners, contractors, and tradespeople gave him valuable experience in project management, construction, customer service, and the many details involved in improving and maintaining a home.

Today, Michael combines that experience with his lifelong knowledge of the area to help buyers and sellers navigate one of life’s biggest financial decisions. Whether preparing a property for market, negotiating a sale, evaluating a potential home, or working through the details between contract and closing, Michael believes his clients should always have someone accessible, responsive, and firmly in their corner.

Having spent most of his life in the region, Michael has also built an extensive network of trusted local professionals. From lenders, title companies, and attorneys to contractors and other service providers, he can connect clients with the local resources they may need throughout the buying or selling process. His goal isn’t simply to help clients get to the closing table; it’s to be a resource before, during, and long after the transaction is complete.

Michael lives in the Lake Sunapee region with his wife, a local elementary school teacher, and their two children. He believes strongly in giving back to the community that helped shape him and is proud to help others put down roots in a place his own family has called home for generations. When he’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find him enjoying the best of New Hampshire: boating and golfing in the warmer months and skiing when the snow arrives.
