Buying or selling a home is one of the most important financial decisions you'll make. It deserves clear guidance, strong advocacy, and thoughtful negotiation, and that's what I bring to every client relationship.

I have over 22 years of experience helping clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate across the Upper Valley of New Hampshire and Vermont, with transactions ranging from $250K to $2M. I work with first-time buyers, long-time homeowners, and investors alike, and I'm an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and multiple-award recipient, ranking in the top 7% of Coldwell Banker agents nationally. My approach is grounded in careful pricing strategy, value-based negotiation, and close attention to detail, whether the property in question is a primary residence or part of a rental portfolio.

My connection to the Upper Valley runs deeper than my work. I moved here from Ireland over 30 years ago and fell in love with the region almost immediately: its mountains, small towns, vibrant sense of community. What started as a temporary stop became home. Since then, I've put down roots on both sides of the Connecticut River, living in Vermont and New Hampshire. That firsthand experience means I have an appreciation and understanding of both states.

I'm also deeply engaged in the community I call home. I previously served as President of the Hanover Rotary Club, and I remain an active supporter of the Upper Valley Alzheimer's Association, fundraising for them every year. I am a graduate of the Leadership Upper Valley program through Vital Communities, which connected me even more closely with the people and organizations that make this region special.

Outside of real estate, I'm passionately involved with my brothers in restoring Tynte's Castle, a 15th-century towerhouse in my hometown of Youghal, Ireland. It's a hands-on, lifetime project, untangling centuries of history, working with local craftsmen and conservation specialists, and transforming a medieval structure into a modern livable space without losing its original character.
