John Agostinelli is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Since 1997, he has represented buyers, sellers and investors in hundreds of real estate transactions which places him in the top 1 percent of all active brokers. These transactions include single family residences, second homes, new construction, land, condominiums and about everything else. John has lived in New Hampshire part-time for the last ten years, and is a chalet owner in Mittersill Village, Franconia. 

His focus is on the Franconia, Easton, Sugar Hill, and Bethlehem areas and looks forward to continuing his work within the community. John has been a soccer coach, head coach of the Ashland-Medfield High School ski team, Vice-Commissioner of the H.S. ski league, Francona Ski Club Board of Directors for 8 years, and was member of the Zoning Board of Appeals for three years.

As a licensed Construction Supervisor (1997- present) and speculation home builder, John has extensive knowledge and experience of the building process, most recently overseeing the construction of the Mittersill Performance Center as Chair of the building committee for the Franconia Ski Club. 

John is passionate about keeping a pulse on the real estate markets and has authored an Amazon #1 New Release:  Easy Money and the American Real Estate Ponzi Scheme. He was a Real Estate Specialist at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) from 1992-1997 and he graduated from The University of Maine with a B.S. in Business with a concentration in Finance.
