Dimitri Dimakis is a New Hampshire native who has spent the past 20 years serving the Lake Sunapee and Upper Valley communities. After studying Business Administration at Colby-Sawyer College, Dimitri knew he wanted to build his life and career in the Lake Sunapee region, where he enjoys the area's outdoor recreation and the beauty of New Hampshire's changing seasons.

Dimitri began his professional career by opening a restaurant as part of a family business with more than 20 years of roots in the local community. He later gained valuable experience in the corporate restaurant industry, where he developed a strong appreciation for building relationships, understanding clients' needs, and delivering exceptional service. He helped developed 5 New Dunkin Donuts locations/new stores and finished by overseeing 10 stores in the Upper Valley Region. 

Throughout his career, Dimitri has remained committed to the values of hard work, determination, and honesty. These principles continue to guide his approach to real estate, where he takes pride in helping buyers and sellers navigate important decisions with confidence.

Dimitri joined the Timbrell Group to begin his residential real estate carrier at Coldwell Banker Lifestyles because of their shared commitment to these values and their dedication to serving the community.
