Carol draws on  a well-rounded background in operations management and sales, gained through years of experience at both Fortune 500 companies and start-ups, to her real estate practice. Originally from Fairfield County, Connecticut, Carol is a graduate of Boston College and has called the Upper Valley home since 2009. Drawn to the area’s excellent schools, strong sense of community, and year-round outdoor activities, she and her family settled here to stay.

As the general contractor for her family’s custom home and a residential investment property, Carol gained firsthand experience with zoning, permitting, design and sub-contracting, perspectives she shares to help clients make informed decisions. She is also the founder of Second Act UV, Inc., a sustainable, all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting high school performing arts across the Upper Valley.
