Alycia originally from Rhode Island, moved to the area after living in Vermont for 3 years while working and enjoying being a part of the ski industry. From restaurant and catering experience to administrative and retail work, Alycia has always enjoyed working with people.  She loves helping others find what they need to make their lives and experiences the best they can be. 

A wife, and mom of two little boys, her family decided to move to the Lake Sunapee Region because of the supportive communities and easy access to mountains and lakes alike. Alycia and her family enjoy the outdoors by hiking, paddling, and skiing. She also stays healthy and connects with the community by going to the gym, and working with her dog in competition agility.

Alycia is a 3rd generation Real Estate Agent who is excited to learn from and work with her mom, Rebecca Moniz, as part of The REAL Team. Working together has always been a goal, and both are excited to help others discover the great communities in the Lake Sunapee and Mountains region.
