Raised in the Upper Valley, Rowen's knowledge of the area extends from the rolling farmland of Haverhill, where he was raised, to the Lakes and Mountains of the Sunapee region, where he has spent many summers, alongside family. In 2012 Rowen graduated from The University of New Hampshire with a Degree in Construction Management. After spending 12 years in both residential and commercial building, across New Hampshire and Vermont, Rowen decided to bring his knowledge of design, building, and construction to the Wheelock Street Partners Team, where he joined up with his wife, Emily Goss, to help Buyers and Sellers with their real estate goals.

 

With Rowen's knowledge of home building, he specializes in helping Sellers get their homes ready for the market. Rowen's expertise gives his Buyer's an advantage in the home buying process, by knowing what to look for and how to position themselves to be ready when the right home hits.
