The Twin Mountain resident specializes in traditional real estate sales along with recognizing the incredible lifestyle the White Mountain region offers, making it the perfect place from second homes and investment properties.  

Marla recently joined Coldwell Banker Lifestyles and has her real estate license in New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Massachusetts. 

Marla, who started her career as a special needs teacher after graduating from Rhode Island College, found that real estate was the perfect blend of her love to help and guide people and her passion for real estate and all that it can provide.  Marla also owns and operates several Short-term and Vacation Rental in the White Mountains and South Kingston, RI. 

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Lifestyles, Marla was routinely named to the RE/MAX Executive Club for her outstanding sales achievements and was part of the #1 RE/MAX Team in Rhode Island earning the RE/MAX International Diamond Award and RE/MAX International Platinum Award.  She has also been awarded a Five Star Real Estate Agent by Five Star Professionals every year since 2017 and named to Rhode Island Magazine’s “Best of Real Estate” list. Earlier in her career, she was honored with Rookie of the Year honors at RE/MAX Advantage in Warwick, RI.  

Marla is an outdoors enthusiast who enjoys skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking and sailing along with photography and love of investing. She has been active in Habitat for Humanity and is a fundraiser for FARE, a leading non-profit dedicated to improving the lives of those with food allergies.
